柴油机气缸套温度场有限元分析

摘    要:针对柴油机气缸套热负荷的问题,根据实测的温度场数据对气缸套进行了边界条件计算,建立了较为完整的数学模型和几何模型,采用有限元分析方法分析了柴油机标定功率工况下气缸套三堆温度场及热变形。研究结果表明:在标定工况下气缸套的工作温度最高达494 K,出现在缸套内壁面的上部区城。缸套内壁径向的最大变形量为0.246 mm,出现在缸套上部。

Abstract:To solve the heat load problem of diesel engine cylinder liner,according to the temperature field data(measured),actually the boundary condition calculation on cylinder liner is carried out,a comparatively perfect mathematic model and a geometric model are built up,and the analyse on the cylinder liner's three dimension temperature field and the thermal deformation under the condition of engine standard powor are given with the FEA method.The research result(indicates):under the standard power condition,the working temperature of cylinder liner,which appears on the upper part of the cylinder liner's inner surface,can be high up to 494 K.The most radial deformation of cylinder liner's inner wall,which appears on the upper part of cylinder liner,is 0.246 mm.
