摘    要:研究不同营养液浓度对黄瓜幼苗生长状况的影响。结果表明:低浓度(1/8倍和1/4倍营养液)处理下,植株叶数少、生物量低、根冠比大、叶绿素含量和根系活力较低,与低浓度营养供应不足进而减慢生长发育进程有关;较高浓度(1倍营养液)处理下,植株高大、叶面积大、生物量高、根系活力高,但雌花数目少,第1雌花节位高,是由于营养液浓度过高,使营养生长过旺,影响生殖生长;1/2倍营养液处理植株表现相对合理,能较好地协调生长发育进程。

Abstract:The purpose was to study the influences of different nutrition solution concentrations on the growth condition of cucumber seedling.The results showed that the plant had little leaf number,low biomass,big root/shoot ratio,lower chlorophyll content and root activity under treatment of lower concentrations(1/8 and 1/4 of nutrition solution),which was relative to deficient nutrition supply under low concentrations,thus slowing growth and development course.Under higher concentration(100% nutrition solution) treatment,the plant was high,had large leaf area,high biomass and root activity,but had little female flower numbers with high node location of first female flower.It was due to that too high nutrition concentration make vegetative growth too vigorous,which influenced reproductive growth.In 1/2 nutrition solution treatment,the plant had a relatively reasonable performance and could harmonize growth and development course better.
