旱地小麦经济性状与籽粒加工品质的关系

分析了小麦籽粒加工品质与经济性状的关系。以及经济性状之间、加工品质性状之间的关系 ,结果表明 :有效穗与株高、穗粒数呈显著负相关 ,沉降值与湿面筋呈显著正相关 ,吸水率与湿面筋呈极显著正相关 ,形成时间与湿面筋、沉降值呈极显著正相关 ,与吸水率呈显著正相关 ,稳定时间与沉降值、形成时间呈极显著正相关 ,千粒重与形成时间、沉降值呈显著负相关。据此提出 ,旱地小麦优质与高产结合改良的重点是降低千粒重 ,协调好有效穗和穗粒数 ,经济性状与加工品质之间的关系

Study on the Relations Between Economy Characters and Kernel Processing Quality of Dryland Wheat

The relations between kernel processing quality and economy characters and the relations among economy chacters of wheat and the relations among processing qualiy of kernel were analyzed. The results indicated that negative correlation between efficiency spike and plant height, spikes per plant were significant. The positive correlation beween sedimentation value and wet gluten content was significant. The posivite correlation between dough development time and rate to sop up water was significant. Extremely signmificant positive correlations were observed between dough stable time and sedimentation value, wet gluten content. Significant negative correlations were observed between kilo-grain weight and dough development time, sedimentation value. Accordingly, we put forward that the key point of combining improvement of high-yield and high-quality would be to reduce 1?000-grain weight, to coordinate efficiency spike and spikes per plant, yield and processing quality.
