摘    要:采用盆栽方法,研究了模拟酸雨和重金属Cd复合污染对小白菜、四季豆生理生化特性的影响。结果表明,随着酸雨强度的增加以及土壤cd浓度的增大,小白菜和四季豆生长受阻,叶绿素含量以及叶绿素a/b明显下降。在酸雨和cd的胁迫下,小白菜MDA(丙二醛)含量和POD(过氧化物酶)活性上升,CAT(过氧化氢酶)和SOD(超氧化物歧化酶)活性先升高后下降。同时发现,酸雨和Cd复合污染对四季豆的毒害作用比小白菜强。

Abstract:Effects of simulated acid rain and s oil Cd on physiological and biochemi cal characteristics of Brassica chi nensis and Phaseolus vulgaris L were studied.T he experimental results showed that growth of Brassica chinensis and Phaseolus vulgaris L was inhibited,and total contents of chl orophyll and ratios of chlorophyll a/b decreased obviously as increasin g acidity of simulated acid rain and Cd concentrations.Under th e complex pollution of simulated acid rain and Cd,content of MDAand activ ity of PODin the two plants increased,and activities of CAT and SOD increased first and then d ecreased afterwards.Meanwhile,a s ynergism of the toxic effects of simulated acid rain and Cd to Phaseolus vulgaris L was found to b e stronger than those to Brassica chi nensis.
