不同采晾方式对白肋烟产量与质量的影响

进行了不同采晾方式对白肋烟产量与质量影响的试验。结果表明:半整株不划筋采晾是白肋烟的最佳采晾方式。其烟叶在调制过程中叶片失水干燥缓慢,晾制后叶片色深均匀,结构疏松,光泽度强,均价、上中等烟比例和产值较其他采晾方式高,化学成分含量协调,香型显著,香气量足,香气质好,杂气少,味舒适,燃烧性好,灰色白。

The Influence of Different Harvesting Treatments on Both Quantity and Quality of Burley Tobacco During Air-curing

The influence of different harvesting methods on quantity and quality of burley tobacco during air-curing were studied. The results showed that half-stalk cutting without main vein cutting was the best. Water in leaves lost slowly by this method, and the leaves colour was dark and even, leaves tissue structure was loose, gloss was high, the average price, the proportion of finest and middle grade were higher than others. The chemical compositions were balanced, quantity of aroma was sufficient, it had small amount of offensive odor, and smell was comfortable, combustibility was well, ash was white.
