茉莉花渣的综合利用研究进展

中国每年都生产大量的茉莉花茶,制茶剩余物茉莉花渣被大量的丢弃,既污染环境又造成生物资源的巨大浪费。从利用途径的角度出发,简述了茉莉花渣作为原料在提取活性成分、酿酒、加工饮料、制作饲料以及药用价值等方面的研究进展,并对茉莉花渣综合利用的发展趋势进行了展望。

Research Progress in Comprehensive Utilization of Jasmine Flower Residues

A large number of jasmine tea is produced every year in China,so a large number of jasmine flower residues produced after tea making,which polluted the environment and caused huge waste of biological resources.From the point of utilization way,the author expounded the jasmine flower residues as raw material in extracting active ingredients,medicinal value and brewery,beverage processing and animal feed,etc;and the development trend of jasmine flower residues comprehensive utilization was discussed,for the development and utilization of the jasmine flower residue and work to provide the reference for the later research.
