| 摘 要： | 对湖南省植物纤维性农业废弃物的资源现状、利用现状(肥料化利用、能源化利用、饲料化利用和原料化利用等)进行阐述,存在的主要问题有秸秆数量巨大,宣传及政策扶持力度不够,产业化程度低,利用技术需要进一步完善等。针对这些问题,提出加大宣传力度,提升农户的环保意识,加强政策扶持,完善农村基础设施建设,强化技术研发,推广高效农业发展模式等促进植物纤维性农业废弃物资源综合利用的对策。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the status of resources and utilization of plant fiber agricultural wastes in Hunan Province, including fertilizer utilization, energy utilization and feed utilizationwere described.The main problems were the huge number of straw, lack of advocacy and policy support, low degree of industrialization, the use of technology needs to be further improved. To solve these problems, the author put forward to strengthen the publicity, improve farmers' awareness of environmental protection, strengthen policy support, improve the rural infrastructure construction, strengthen the technical research and development, promote efficient agricultural development mode to boost the comprehensive utilization of agricultural waste resources fibrous plants. |
