摘    要:以NRT1.7突变体(nrt1.7-3)和哥伦比亚野生型植株(col.0)为材料,研究NRT1.7基因对植株产量和氮素利用效率(NUE)的影响。结果表明:在花期、角果期nrt1.7-3突变体叶片SPAD值显著升高,出现滞绿现象;与幼嫩叶片相比,硝酸盐更多地累积在老叶中;nrt1.7-3植株在花期、收获期的生物量、产量和氮效率均显著下降。

Abstract:The nrt1.7-3 mutant and wild-type (col 0) were used as materials to study the effects of NRT1.7 on plant yield and NUE of Arabidopsis. The results showed that, compared to wild-type, nrt1.7-3 mutant had increased leaf SPAD value and aggravated blade green in flowering and pod stage. Compared to the younger leaves, more nitrate was distributed in the old leaves. biomass, plant yield and nitrogen use efficiency of nrt1.7-3 mutant were significantly reduced in flowering and harvesting stages.
