摘    要:高校干部人事制度改革是一项艰巨、复杂、牵动面广的系统工程它决定着一所大学能否办出活力、提高教学质量及水平的关键。本结合近几年华南农业大学干部人事制度改革的初步实践和目前存在的实际问题,就进一步深化校内干部人事制度改革,建构面向21世纪高等农业院校干部人事管理体制提出了新一轮的干部人事制度改革的总体思路。

Abstract:The reform of cadre personel system at institutes of higher learning is a arduous ,complicated system project and affect the situation broadly.It is the key that weather can running a vigor university and improving the teaching quality according to initial practice and practical problems for recent reform in Huanan Agriculture University,the article put a new overall thinking way for cadre personnel system reform at institutes of higher learning by deepening internal school cadre personnel system reform and construction for facing the 21st century cadre personnel management system in higher agricultural universities.
