| 摘 要： | 介绍为调速系统而研制的GTR基极驱动电路。讨论了功率晶体管对驱动电路的要求,提出了具有保护作用的新型基极驱动电路,通过实验分析证明,所设计的电路具有保护可靠,功能完善等优点。

| Abstract: | The GTR base pole driven circuits for adjusting speed systems,and the requirements of power-switching transistor to drive circuits were studied .A new base pole driven circuits with automatic protection are presented.The experiments proved that the designed circuit have the advantages of reliable protection and perfect performance. |
