摘    要:厌氧序批间歇式反应器(ASBR)是一种新型的厌氧反应器。应用这一工艺进行屠宰废水的处理试验。考察了ASBR工艺的运行方式、搅拌反应时间、温度、污泥负荷等对CODcr的去除效果。结果表明,搅拌方式、温度、反应时间对ASBR处理效果影响较大,当进水CODcr为1100~3000mg/L,反应时间24h,去除率可达75%以上。ASBR处理屠宰废水的适宜条件是:采用间歇搅拌SV30=35%~46%,温度25~35℃,反应时间24h,污泥负荷0.2~0.5kg/(kgMLSS.d)

Abstract:Anaerobic Sequencing Batch Reactor(ASBR) is a new type of anaerobic reactor. In this paper, ASBR was used to treat abattoir wastewater. The study focused the influence on the efficiency of CODcr of ASBR process as well as the influence on the efficiency of removal rate of CODcr exterted by pH value, anaerobic reaction time, temperature, impact load. The result showed that the most important factors were the methods of agitation, temperature, reaction time and the removal efficiency of CODcr reached 75%, when influent CODcr was 1 100~3 000 mg/L, anaerobic reaction time was 24 h. The optimal conditions of ASBR for treating abattoir wastewater is as follows: using intermission agitation method, SV30=35%~46%, temperature 25~35℃, react time 24 h, impact load 0.2~0.5 kg/(kg MLSS.d).
