摘 要: | 采用不同的澄清方法对山葡萄酒澄清效果进行了对比试验。结果表明,采用不同澄清方法可获得不同的效果,澄清后的葡萄酒透明度提高,色泽更加鲜艳。

Effect of Different Methods of Clarification on Quality of Mountainous Grape Wine |

Abstract: | Comparative experiments on effect of mountainous grape wine clarification were made by using different methods of clarification.The results showed that the application of different methods of clarification could gain different effects.The transparency of the wine could be improved and the colors became more vivid after clarification. |
