摘 要: | “食品加工技术”是食品类专业的一门专业基础课程,本项目开展了以O-AMAS有效教学模型为主线的教学实践,教学内容包括教学目的设计、课堂迅速激活、多元化的教学方式和有效的评测环节五方面内容。该教学模型在实际的教学工作中取得了不错的效果,能够激活学生的学习兴趣,有效调动课堂气氛,符合新工科背景下高水平育人的目标。

The Application of O- AMAS Teaching Mode in the Course of Food Processing Technology: A Case Study of Handmade Drinking |

Abstract: | Food Processing Technology "is a fundamental course for food majors. This project has carried out teaching practice with the O-AMAS effective teaching model as the main thread. The teaching content includes five aspects: teaching purpose design, rapid classroom activation, diversified teaching methods, and effective evaluation links. This teaching model has achieved good results in practical teaching work, which can activate students" learning interest, effectively stimulate the classroom atmosphere, and meet the goal of high-level education in the context of new engineering。 |
