县域特优农业核心竞争力分析与发展路径探讨

乡村振兴主要依靠产业振兴,发展特优农业是农村地区特别是脱贫地区因地制宜、优先发展的产业。特优农业基于特优农产品,如何激发核心竞争力促进产业发展,是县域特优农业发展过程中普遍面临的问题。研究特优农业的资源优势和核心竞争力,分析产业发展过程中核心竞争力的欠缺和不足,对症下药解决关键性问题,是促进产业发展的最佳路径。恒山黄芪是山西省浑源县重点发展的特优农业,尽管其品质高、业内口碑好,但产业发展缺乏市场竞争力。本文通过对恒山黄芪的核心竞争力分析,针对性地提出恒山黄芪的未来发展路径,包括开展恒山黄芪的种质资源保护和开发、医理和药理研究、食药同源安全性评价、优化种植模式、扩大规模提高产量、文旅结合提高知名度、打造高端市场等。

Analysis and development path of county excellent agricultural core competitiveness——Hengshan Astragalus in Shanxi Province as an example

Rural revitalization mainly relies on industrial revitalization, and the development of high-quality agriculture is prioritized in rural areas, especially in poverty alleviation areas. Superior agriculture is based on excellent agricultural products, and how to stimulate core competitiveness and promote industrial development is a common problem encountered in the development of special agriculture in the county. It is the best way to promote industrial development by studying the resource advantages and core competitiveness of superior agriculture, analyzing the lack and deficiency of core competitiveness in the process of industrial development, and solving key problems accordingly. Hengshan Astragalus is a special agricultureindevelopment of Hunyuan County, Shanxi Province.Although Hengshan Astragalus has high quality and good reputation in the industry, the industrial development lacks market competitiveness. Through the analysis of the core competitiveness of Hengshan Astragalus, this paper puts forward the future development paths of Hengshan Astragalus, including the protection and development of germplasm resources of Hengshan Astragalus, medical and pharmacological research, food and drug homologous safety evaluation, optimization of planting mode, expansion of scale to increase yield, combination of culture and tourism to improve popularity, and creation of high-end market.
