| 摘 要： | 甘薯渣是生产甘薯淀粉的副产品,富含膳食纤维。目前甘薯渣除极少部分用于动物饲喂外,几乎全部废弃,造成环境污染和资源浪费。本文综述了膳食纤维的理化特性、生理功能及甘薯膳食纤维在动物生产中的应用,为甘薯膳食纤维的研究和应用提供参考。

| Abstract: | Sweet potato residue is the by-product of sweet potato starch production and rich in dietary fiber. Most of the sweet potato residues are disposed as garbage except few are feed animals, which causes environment pollution and wastes resources. We reviewed the physical and chemical properties, physiological function of dietary fiber in the article, and the application of sweet potato fibers in animal production were summarized too, which may provide a useful reference for the deeper research and application of dietary fiber from sweet potato residue in animal husbandry. |
