| 摘 要： | 基于可视化云分析法,对长春市农业农村发展相关的83份政策、规划文件中的关键词进行词频统计,排在前5位的热词分别为"科技""文化""制度""加工"和"资金"。农业政策的发布和实施明显促进了长春市农业现代化的发展,加快了新农村建设步伐,但还存在乡村发展动力不足、农民增收困难等问题。建议结合乡村自身优势和特点,抓住政策红利,寻找长春市乡村发展的内生动力源,拓宽农民增收渠道。

Impact and Evaluation of Policy on Agricultural and Rural Development in Changchun |

| Abstract: | based on the visualization cloud method, the Keywordsin 83 policies and planning documents related to agricultural and rural development in Changchun city were counted. The top five hot words are "science and technology", "culture", " regulation ", "processing" and "funds". The release and implementation of agricultural policy has obviously promoted the development of agricultural modernization in Changchun city and accelerated the pace of new rural construction. However, there are still problems such as insufficient rural development power and difficulties for farmers to increase their income. It is proposed to make full use of the relevant policies to find the endogenous power source for rural development in Changchun city and widen the channels for farmers to increase their income. |
