不同品种种公羊体尺性状与精液品质相关性研究

为探讨公羊体型与精液品质之间的相关性,本文收集了2014—2017年新疆天山畜牧生物技术有限公司种羊示范场精液生产性能与体尺测量记录,应用SPSS 19.0软件分别对萨福克羊和杜泊羊的周岁公羊和成年公羊的数据进行体尺性状和精液品质的相关性分析。结果表明:周岁萨福克公羊精液量与体高、体长、胸围、腹围、尻高、尻长呈极显著正相关;周岁杜泊羊精液密度与睾丸围呈显著正相关,与尻高呈极显著负相关,与体高呈显著负相关;成年萨福克公羊精液量与体高、尻高呈显著正相关;成年杜泊羊精液量与体高、尻长、腰角宽呈显著正相关;精液密度与尻高呈显著正相关。在保证种公羊体质与增重的前提下,适当选择体高、尻长和睾丸围值大的公羊,可增加精液量和精液密度。

Correlation Analysis Between Body Size Traits and Semen Quality of Different Breeds of Rams

In order to investigate the correlation between body size and semen quality of rams,for we can take corresponding technical measures to improve the production of frozen semen and semen quality.This paper analyzes the correlation between the semen production performance record and the body size measurement record in the Xinjiang Tianshan Animal Husbandry Bio-Engineering Co.Ltd breeding sheep demonstration site from 2014 to 2017.SPSS19.0 software was used to analyze the correlation between body size and semen quality of Suffolk and Dubo sheep's aged rams and adult rams.The results showed that the semen volume of Suffolk rams at the age of one year was positively correlated with withers height、body length、heart girth、bicostal diameter、rump height、rump length(P<0.01). The Semen density of Dorper rams at the age of one year was positively correlated with Scrotal circumference(P<0.05) and negatively correlated(P<0.01) with rump height, and negatively correlated with withers height(P<0.05); semen volume of adult Suffolk ram was positively correlated with rump height and withers height(P<0.05). The semen volume of adult Dubo sheep was significantly positively correlated with withers height、rump length and thurl width(P<0.05). Semen density was significantly positively correlated with rump height(P<0.05). Under the premise of guaranteeing the body constitution and weight gain of breeding rams, the selection of high Withers height, long rump length and large Scrotal circumferencecan increase the semen volume and semen density.
