玉米-豆粕发酵饲料对哺乳期母貂营养物质消化率、氮平衡及生产性能的影响

摘    要:本试验旨在研究玉米-豆粕发酵饲料对哺乳期母貂营养物质消化率、氮平衡以及生产性能的影响。选取96只产仔日期相近、健康、咖啡色哺乳期母貂及其所哺育的96窝仔貂,随机分为4组,每组24个重复,分别用玉米-豆粕发酵饲料替代0、2.5%、5.0%和7.5%的全价商品料,试验进行4周。结果表明:玉米-豆粕发酵饲料对哺乳期母貂粗脂肪消化率、食入氮、尿氮、氮沉积和蛋白质生物学价值影响显著,对其他养分消化率和粪氮无显著影响;除7.5%发酵饲料组的粗脂肪消化率低于对照组(P<0.05),发酵饲料对各营养物质消化率(干物质、粗蛋白质、有机物)及母貂生产性能(仔貂30日龄校正体重、45日龄校正体重、哺乳活仔数和仔貂成活率)均无不良影响;日粮中含有7.5%发酵饲料可降低氮的摄入量和尿氮排出量(P<0.05)、提高蛋白质生物学价值和氮的沉积率(P<0.05);相关分析表明,随着发酵饲料用量的增加,食入氮呈一次线性(P=0.001)和二次曲线(P=0.01)降低,尿氮呈一次线性降低(P=0.02),氮沉积率和蛋白质生物学价值呈一次线性(P<0.05)和二次曲线增加(P<0.05)。试验证明,玉米-豆粕经过发酵后可直接应用于哺乳期母貂日粮中。

Effects of Fermented Corn-soybean Meal on Nutrients Digestibility,Nitrogen Balance and Performance of Lactating Minks

Abstract:The experiment was conducted to study the effects of fermented corn-soybean meal on nutrients digestibility, nitrogen balance and performance of lactating minks. A total of 96 healthy brown lactating minks and their kits were randomly divided into 4 groups, with 24 replicates in each group. The dietary in the four groups contained 0, 2.5%, 5.0% and 7.5% fermented corn-soybean meal, respectively. The experiment lasted for 4 weeks. The results showed that the fermented cornsoybean meal had no negative effects on nutrients digestibility(except ether extracts digestibility) and lactation performance(weight gain and mortality of kits) of minks. The lactating minks feed dietary with 7.5% fermented corn-soybean meal had the greatest protein biological value and nitrogen deposition rate(P<0.05), and had the least nitrogen intake and urinary nitrogen(both P<0.05). With the increase of the fermented corn-soybean meal supplementaion, the nitrogen intake decreased in linear(P=0.001) and the quadratic(P=0.01) manner, urinary nitrogen decreased linearly(P=0.02), and nitrogen deposition rate and protein biological value increased linearly(P<0.05) and quadratically(P<0.05). It could be concluded that the fermented cornsoybean meal could be utilized to formulate dietary of lactating minks.
