反刍家畜瘤胃挥发性脂肪酸生成及模型研究进展

摘    要:反刍家畜的瘤胃微生物可降解饲料生成挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)、甲烷、氢气和水,其中VFA为机体提供主要的能量,VFA的产量及各组分比例与动物的健康状况和生产性能密切相关。本文综述了反刍家畜瘤胃VFA的生成机制和国内外预测模型研究现状,分析了影响模型估算精度的因素,旨在为进一步研究VFA模型的发展提供理论基础。

Research Progress on the Mechanism and Models of Rumen Volatile Fatty Acids in Ruminant Animals

Abstract:Forage feed was degraded into generate volatile fatty acids(VFA), methane, hydrogen and water by Rumen Microorganism. VFA provided the main energy for ruminant livestock, and its molar ratio affects the health and reproduction of animals. This paper reviewed the generation mechanism of rumen VFA in ruminant livestock and the development of predictive models at home and abroad, and analyzed the reasons affecting the accuracy of model estimation. It provided a reference for accurate prediction of VFA and the proportion of each component.
