壳寡糖对鹌鹑生产性能和免疫功能的影响

摘    要:日粮中添加抗生素(5 mg/kg)和壳寡糖(0.05%),分析其对鹌鹑生产性能和免疫功能的影响。结果表明,添加0.05%的壳寡糖可使鹌鹑35日龄体重提高7.6%,料重比降低4.5%。胸腺、脾脏和腔上囊相对重均优于对照组(P<0.01);抗体效价也有提高(P<0.05)。与抗生素相比差异不显著(P>0.05)。

Abstract:In order to analyze affect of oligochitosan on production performance and immune function,(5 mg/kg) antibiotic and 0.05% oligochitosan were added into quail diets.The results showed that the final weight of quail group fed oligochitosan increased by 7.6%;the F/G decreased by 4.5%.The relative weight of thymus,spleen and bursa of quails in the tested group was heavier than that of birds in the control group(P<0.01),as well as antibody titres(P<0.05).Compared with quail group fed antibiotic,the results were not different significantly(P>0.05).
