分子印迹技术及其在痕量分析中的应用

摘    要:分子印迹是近年来迅速发展起来的一种分子识别技术, 以此为原理的分离和检测方法日益增多。重点对有关技术在痕量分析中的研究与应用进行了综述, 包括分子印迹原理、分子印迹聚合物制备方法、应用、存在的问题及其发展前景。

Abstract:Molecular imprinting, an emerging technique for preparing synthetic polymers with molecular recognition, is developing rapidly in these years. The molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) with tailor made recognition sites are very potential for selective separation and determination of trace analysis for drugs or pesticides. MIPs and their application to trace analysis, including recognition principles, preparation, current applications, problems and their future are discussed in this review, with 86 references.
