| 摘 要： | 在对沿黄稻区引进的24个粳稻品种的商品品质测定的基础上，采用单目标化灰色局势决策理论的优化分析处理方法对稻谷的外观品质和加工工艺品质进行综合评价，结果表明：连香粳，31459，宁30152，4—146，泌阳2524品种的品质优良，该评价方法与国家标准比较，更加全面系统，评价结果使商品品质优劣次序更加清晰。

| Abstract: | In the light of determining the commodity quality of the 24 fetching in jponica rice along the Yellow River valley, the comprehensive appraisal of them was advanced by the grey situation decision theory of single target from the commodity quality.The appraisal result shows that Lianxiangjing,31459,Ning 30152, 4-146,Beiyang 2524 are of high quality. It showed that the appraisal method adopted was more comprehensive and systematic compared with the national standards,and the quality sequence was more distinct. |
