陕西农业科技推广的制约因素分析和模式创新

从陕西农业科技推广发展的现状入手,对制约其农业科技推广的因素展开了详细的分析,结合其实际,提出了"计划+市场"的陕西省农业科技推广创新模式,并对其保证实施提出了相应的对策建议.即要注重发挥政府的调控作用和企业的示范效应,加强推广源的建设;注重媒介的推广作用,建设多元化的农业科技推广模式;加强农民的培训工作,提高农民的素质水平.该研究为陕西农业科技事业的发展提供了新的思路和方法.

Restriction Factors Analysis and Pattern Innovation of Agricultural Sci-tech Extension in Shaanxi Province

Proceed with current situation of agricultural sci-tech extension development in Shaanxi Province,the factors of restricting agricultural sci-tech extension were analyzed in detail.Based on the experience,the innovation pattern of agricultural sci-tech extension of the " plan market " is proposed and its corresponding guaranteeing countermeasures are also proposed as stressing to develop the regulation action of government and demonstration effect of enterprise,strengthening the establishment of extension resource,stressing the extension action of intermediary,setting up the agricultural sci-tech extension patterns with multiplication,strengthening peasant's training and increasing peasant's quality levels.This study provides new thinking and ways for the development of agricultural sci-tech in Shaanxi Province.
