| 摘 要： | 研究了黄连解毒汤对人工感染传染性法氏囊病毒雏鸡的免疫器官和免疫功能的影响。将21日龄的艾维茵雏鸡180只随机分成5组,前4组用传染性法氏囊病毒(IBDV)进行攻毒,攻毒后用黄连解毒汤分别以1.5、1.0、0.5mL/只的用量进行饮水治疗,连续7d,攻毒对照组和空白对照组不作处理。结果表明:法氏囊病毒主要侵害免疫器官胸腺、法氏囊和脾脏,其损伤主要体现为感染后7d时胸腺、法氏囊萎缩,脾脏肿大,与感染对照组相比,给药组患病鸡的胸腺、法氏囊、脾脏等器官的损伤程度显著降低,并且黄连解毒汤治疗Ⅰ组(1.5mL/只)外周血ANAE+T细胞数显著升高,抑制了雏鸡免疫功能的降低和红细胞免疫黏附功能的下降,表明黄连解毒汤对受法氏囊病毒感染的雏鸡的免疫器官和免疫功能具有较好的保护作用。

| Abstract: | The experiment was conduted to study the effects of Huanglian Jiedu decoction on immune organ and immune function in chicken. 180 twenty-one-day-old Avian broilers were randomly into five groups.
