基于MATLAB的花椒烘房温度模糊控制器

摘    要:针对传统人工干制花椒方法受人为因素影响大、能耗高以及传统PID温度控制方法难以运用在复杂温度系统中的问题,提出了采用模糊控制的方法对花椒烘房温度进行MATLAB仿真,实现花椒烘房的温度智能化控制.仿真结果表明:模糊控制具有较好的鲁棒性和抗干扰能力,能够很好地提高花椒烘房的干燥效率,节约能源.整个系统设计成本低廉,适合于大面积推广应用.

Abstract:The traditional manual drying way of Chinese prickly ash is greatly affected by manual factors,it will consume much energy,and the traditional PID method of temperature control is difficult to use in the complex system of temperature.According to these problems,fuzzy control is proposed to achieve intelligent temperature control,use MATLAB to simulate the temperature system of the drying room.The simulation result shows that the fuzzy control has good robustness and noise immunity,it can improve the efficie...
