棉花抗黄萎病种质豫棉19、21号的抗性遗传研究

以豫棉19号和豫棉21号为抗黄萎病亲本,冀棉11号和中棉所10号为感黄萎病亲本配制的8个正反交组合的4个分离群体(F_1、F_2、BC_1、BC_2)为材料,以中等致病力的安阳菌系接种,研究豫棉19号和豫棉21号的抗黄萎病遗传规律。各组合F_2和BC_2的抗病和感病单株的分离比例符合3:1和1:1,表明豫棉19号和豫棉21号的黄萎病抗性是由一个显性基因控制的。正反交没有差异,不存在细胞质效应。

Studies on the Inheritance of Verticillium dahliae Resistance of Yumian 19 and Yumian 21

Yumian 19 (R), Yumian 21 (R), Jimian 11 (S) and CRI 10 (S) were used as host materials, and Verticillium dahliae Anyang strain, the intermediate virulent, was used as pathogenic fungus in the experiment to study the inheritance of Verticillium dahliae resistance of Yumian 19 and Yumian 21 .The experimental results showed that the ratio of the resistant plants to susceptive ones was 3:1 in F2 population and 1: 1 in BC2 population, suggesting that Verticillium dahliae resistance of Yumian 19 and Yumian 21 was a quality genetic trait, controlled by a single dominant gene. The resistant expression in the crosses and their reciprocal crosses was the same, and no maternal effect for wilt resistance was found.
