摘    要:为探索不同外源添加物对牛粪厌氧发酵的影响,在以牛粪为原料的厌氧发酵过程中,向厌氧生物反应器中分别添加尿素、草木灰和铁粉,研究在(20±1)℃条件下各添加物对厌氧发酵产沼气的影响,分析厌氧发酵过程中日产气量、累积产气量、pH、氨态氮质量浓度及碱度的变化。结果表明,在牛粪中添加5g草木灰的累积产气量及产气速率最大,3种添加物对牛粪累积产气量的影响强弱顺序为草木灰>铁粉>尿素;添加3种添加物后pH波动较小,都在适宜范围内;氨态氮质量浓度除草木灰组有所升高外,其他两组均降低;碱度的变化中,尿素组升高,草木灰和铁粉组的波动较小且比较稳定。

Abstract:In order to explore different extraneous additives on anaerobic fermentation of cow dung,the commensurability urea,the plant ash and the powdered iron were separately added into the biogas reactor in the condition of(20±1) ℃,and the daily methane production,the accumulation of methane,the pH,the ammoniacal nitrogen mass concentration and the alkalinity change were analyzed.The test result indicated: the accumulation of methane and gas production rate reached the highest point when 5 g plant ashes were added in;the effects of three supplements on gas accumulation were ordered as plant ash > powdered iron>urea;the effects of three supplements on the pH value were lower;the ammoniacal nitrogen content was increased in plant ash treatment,and decreased in other two treatments;the alkalinity was stable in the plant ash and the powdered iron treatments,increased in urea treatment.
