五味子组织培养技术初探

摘    要:以五味子带芽鳞的休眠芽、不带芽鳞的休眠芽和水培的新梢茎段为外植体,接种于不同激素配比的培养基中,进行组织培养快繁技术研究。结果表明,水培的新梢茎段是诱导丛生芽的最佳外植体,在MS 6-BA1.5 mg.L-1 IBA0.2 mg.L-1、pH值5.8的初代培养基中,培养效果最为明显,分化率达到了95%。

Abstract:In study on the technique of tissue culture for Schisandra chinensis,the dormant bud with scale or removed or shoot rinsed then disinfected are used as explants.The culture medium modified with 30g/L sucrose 8g/L agar-agar or different concentrations growth regulator used for culture initiation.The shoot is the best explant used for axillary shoot multiplication and the best medium for initial culture is MS 6-BA1.5g/L IBA0.2mg/L at pH 5.8.The frequency of diffferentiation is 95%.
