摘    要:目的]研究煤碴基质对黄瓜幼苗根系生长的影响。方法]以煤碴和土壤作基质培育黄瓜幼苗,幼苗五片真叶时,每个处理取10株幼苗,分别测定其单株根数、最长侧根长度和根重。结果]土壤、煤碴2个处理的平均单株根数分别为14.33、21.77个;平均单株最长侧根长度分别为15.54、20.54cm;平均单株根重(干重)分别为0.218、0.399g。经方差分析,3项均为P<1%,差异极显著。结论]以煤碴作基质培育的幼苗较土壤培育的幼苗在根数、最长侧根长度和根系干重等方面具有明显优势。

Abstract:Objective] The purpose was to study the effect of coal slag medium on root growth of cucumber seedlings. Method] Cucumber seedlings were cultivated with coal slag and soil. When the seedlings grow out 5 pieces of leaf, 10 seedlings were chosen from each treatment and their root number, length of longest lateral-root and root weight per plant were determined. Result] The root numbers, length of longest lateral-root and root weight (dry weight) per plant of two treatments with soil and coal slag averaged 14.33 and 21.77, 15.54 and 20.54 cm, 0.218 and 0.399 g respectively. The variance analysis indicated P<1% and the difference was extremely significant. Conclusion] Compared with soil seedling cultivation, the seedlings cultivated with coal slag had obvious advantages in aspects such as root number, length of longest lateral-root and dry root weight.
