摘    要:本文研究了聚乙二醇(PEG)引发烟草种子后种子活力及生理生化的变化,并筛选出PEG浸种的最佳浓度和时间。结果表明PEG能够提高种子的发芽率和种子活力,缩短出苗时间,处理后的种子浸出液的电导率大幅度下降,过氧化物酶、脱色酶和酸性磷酸醋酶活性均显著提高。以20%、25%和30%浓度PEG处理烟草种子3d,效果最好。

Abstract:To select the best concentration and time of seed soaking by PEG, this paper studied the change of seed vitality, physiology and biochemistry after Polyethylene glycol (PEG) initiated tobacco seed. The result showed that PEG could increase germination capacity and seed vitality, shorten germination time. The electric conductivity rate of seed drench was reduced obviously. The activities of peroxidase, dehydrogenase and acid phosphatase were increased clearly. 20%, 25% and 30% PEG for three days were better disposed tobacco seed.
