NaCl胁迫对银杏叶绿素和保护酶活性的影响

摘    要:通过分析不同浓度NaCl胁迫对银杏生理特性的影响,以期在园林中根据土壤盐碱程度合理应用银杏提供理论依据。试验通过盆栽方式,设置NaCl浓度分别为0%(T1,CK)、0.09%(T2)、0.14%(T3)、0.19%(T4)4个处理,3次重复。结果表明:5-9月份T4叶绿素分别比对照降低了15.09%、21.43%、16.18%、19.67%、33.33%,T2、T3与对照之间无显著差异;SOD活性分别提高了16.77%、14.73%、18.98%、20.51%、17.98%,T2、T3与对照之间无显著差异;POD活性分别提高了29.72%、27.17%、52.76%、40.53%、46.85%,T2与对照之间无显著差异;CAT活性分别比对照提高了7.70U/g、9.89U/g、14.98U/g、15.59U/g、9.11U/g,T2与对照之间无显著差异。综合分析认为,0.19%的NaCl浓度会对银杏叶绿素和保护酶活性产生显著影响。

Abstract:In order to study the effect of different NaCl concentrations on Ginkgo biloba L. physiological characteristics, and then it was to provide theoretical basis for rational application of soil salinity in gardens. The experiment was carried out by pot culture, set 4 treatment which NaCl concentration as 0%(T1,CK),0.09%(T2),0.14%(T3),0.19%(T4), repeat 3 times. The results showed that: when in May to September, chlorophyll content which T4 treatment was lower than control as 15.09%,21.43%,16.18%,19.67%,33.33%, there was no significant difference between T2, T3 and control;SOD activity increased respectively as 16.77%,14.73%,18.98%,20.51%,17.98%, there was no significant difference between T2, T3 and control;POD activity increased respectively as 29.72%, 27.17%,52.76%,40.53%,46.85%, there was no significant difference between T2 with control;POD activity was higher than control as 7.70U/g,9.89U/g,14.98U/g,15.59U/g,9.11U/g, there was no significant difference between T2 with control. According to the comprehensive analysis, 0.19% NaCl concentration had a significant effect on chlorophyll content and protective enzyme activity of Ginkgo biloba L.
