山东地区茶用元宝枫品系的比较与筛选

摘    要:以山东地区种植的一批元宝枫为试材,采用酶分解法提取其叶片中的绿原酸,比较含量差异,为在山东地区筛选优质的茶用元宝枫品系提供了重要的理论依据。分析的结果表明:供试元宝枫材料,叶片形态差异显著,08号无性系叶片形态最大,叶长8.80cm,叶宽12.20 cm,叶面积为44.1762 cm2;裂长变化范围为4.34 cm~6.70 cm,叶基角均小于180°。叶片性状的变异系数最大的是叶柄长,变异系数为9.23%。元宝枫叶绿原酸含量区间:27.5391~32.3208 mg·g-1,平均含量为29.2460mg·g-1,10组无性系中绿原酸的含量高低排序结果为,01号>08号>05号>07号>10号>06号>02号>04号>09号>03号。元宝枫的叶宽与绿原酸含量的相关系数是0.550*,表明根据叶宽的长度,可简单推测出其中绿原酸含量的高低,叶宽值越大,绿原酸含量越高,反之,绿原酸含量越高。综上分析,挑选出了08号和01号无性系作为叶茶使用的优质种质资源。

Abstract:Taking a batch of Acer truncatum planted in Shandong province as the test material, the chlorogenic acid in its leaves was extracted by enzyme decomposition method, and the content difference was compared, which provided an important theoretical basis for screening high-quality Acer truncatum varieties for tea in Shandong province. The analysis results showed that: the leaf morphology of Acer truncatum material was significantly different, and the leaf morphology of No. 08 clone was the largest, with a leaf length of 8.80 cm, a leaf width of 12.20 cm, and a leaf area of 44.1762 cm2. Crack length range from 4.34 cm to 4.34 cm, leaf base Angle less than 180 °. The largest variation coefficient of leaf traits was petiole length, with a variation coefficient of 9.23%. The content of chlorogenic acid in Acer truncatum ranged from 27.5391 to 32.3208 mg·g-1, and the average content was 29.2460 mg·g-1.The 10 groups of clones was ranked as No. 01 > No. 08 > No. 05 > No.07 > No.10> No.06 > No.02 > No.04 > No.09 > No.03. The correlation coefficient between leaf width and chlorogenic acid content of Acer truncatum is 0.550*, indicating that the content of chlorogenic acid can be simply inferred according to the length of leaf width. The larger the leaf width, the higher the content of chlorogenic acid, and vice versa. In summary, No. 08 and No. 01 clones were selected as high quality germplasm resources for leaf tea.
