摘    要:针对不同类型的保鲜膜气体分子吸附→溶解→扩散→解析的特征,研究分析了多孔保鲜膜MA机理,建立特征数学模型,从而为保鲜膜的研制和科学的使用奠定了理论基础.

Abstract:According to gas molecule adsorption,solution,transition and release law of different type fresh-keeping plastic films, modified atmosphere mechanism of the microporous freshness-keeping film was studied and the corresponding mathematical model was also established,which supplied the theory basis for scientific application and development of modified atmosphere packaging film for fruit and vegetable.
