高校图书馆服务的新理念首问负责制

摘    要:在高校图书馆实施首问负责制是读者服务工作的升华,对图书馆和馆员提出了更高要求。首问负责制的实施有效地解决了服务工作的盲点,树立了窗口单位的形象,填补了责任制的空白,拓宽了优质服务的内涵,从而提高了图书馆整体服务的质量。

Guaranteed Satisfactory Solution System: the New Concept of University Library Service

Abstract:Implementation of the guaranteed satisfactory solution system in library of College could promote the reader service work to a higher level,with the higher demands for the librarian.The implementation of the guaranteed satisfactory solution system could address effectively the blindness of the work,set the image of the window units,fill the gaps in the system,broaden the content of quality service and improve the overall quality of library service.
