高职高专院校图书馆学科馆员职能探析

学科馆员制度是高校图书馆以学科专业为服务对象而开展的主动的、个性化的、深层次的服务措施,是现代社会中高职院校图书馆实现传统型服务服务向知识型服务转变的一种服务方式。高等职业教育的培养目标是实用性的高技能人才。结合高等职业教育的特点,探讨了高职高专院校图书馆作为校园的三大支柱产业之一,实行学科馆员制度的重要性,以及从哪些方面开展工作和如何开展工作。

Functions Analysis of Subject Librarian in Higher Vocational College Library

The subject librarian system in academic library is to carry out the initiative,personalized,deep service object in higher vocational colleges in the modern society to realize the transformation of the traditional service services to a knowledge-based service mode.The training goal of higher vocational education is to culture practical high-skill talents.Based on the characteristics of higher vocational education,in this paper the importance of the subject librarian system implementation in vocational college library,as one of the three pillar industries of campus,and where and how to work were discussed.
