黑龙江省大豆种质对菌核病的耐病资源筛选

摘    要:为明确大豆耐菌核病育种中亲本的耐病性,对黑龙江省346份种质资源进行大豆菌核病耐病性鉴定。研究采用茎干割裂法和离体叶菌丝接种法两种鉴定方法对大豆种质进行菌核病耐病性综合鉴定,茎干割裂法鉴定大豆种质感染大豆菌核菌后的死亡率,离体叶菌丝接种法鉴定大豆种质在感染大豆菌核菌后病害的扩展速度,综合2个鉴定结果,更加真实地反映大豆种质对菌核病的耐病性。采用茎干割裂法共鉴定出31份耐病材料,然后采用离体叶菌丝接种法对茎干割裂法鉴定出的31份耐病材料进行发病级别鉴定,共鉴定出1级发病材料9份,2级发病材料13份和3级发病材料5份。综合上述两种方法,共鉴定出2级耐大豆菌核病的种质3份和1级耐大豆菌核病的种质3份。

Abstract:In order to make clear the tolerance of parent to Sclerotina sclerotiorum in disease-enduring breeding,identification of 346 samples soybean germplasm of tolerance to S.sclerotiorum was made in Heilongjiang Province.Stem splitting method and detached-leaf inoculation were used to identify the tolerance to S.sclerotiorum in the study.Stem splitting method identified the mortality of soybean germplasm infected S.sclerotiorum.Detached-leaf inoculation identified the expansion speed of disease.The synthesis results of two methods reflected the tolerance of soybean germplasm to S.sclerotiorum more real.Total 31 disease tolerance materials were identified by stem splitting method.Identification of disease grade of 31 disease tolerance materials identified by stem splitting method was made by detached-leaf inoculation.The number of disease grade 1 was nine,disease grade 2 was thirteen,and disease grade 3 was five.Synthesis results of the two methods,the numbers of disease tolerance grade 1 and 2 were three respectively.
