Abstract:Introduced the application of controlled atmosphere storage in prolonging the period of freshness and shelf life of vegetable and fruit.Then presented the function of each system of controlled atmosphere storage such as refrigerator equipment,controlled-atmosphere storage room,atmosphere-controlling system and moisturizer,balancing system of air pressure in the storage room and monitoring and controlling system.
