竹荪栽培基质筛选研究

[目的]根据海南当地资源情况,利用当地原料进行竹荪栽培基质研究;[方法]采用甘蔗渣、木材下脚料、马占相思树皮、竹片、槟榔叶、五节芒、玉米杆等原料作为栽培基质,比较不同栽培基质竹荪菌丝生长情况及产量差别:[结果]栽培试验结果表明,海南竹荪最佳栽培基质配比为以竹片为栽培基质,表面覆以茅草、五节芒或菌草、甘蔗渣引菌时,菌丝生长最快,出荪量最多.

Study Screening on Cultivation matrix of Dictyophora indusiata

[Objective] According to the local resources in Hainan,the Dictyophora indusiata cultivation matrix was researched by using local raw material.[Method] Using the bagasse,wood scraps,Acacia mangium,bamboo strip,betel leaves and other raw materials as cultivation substrate,the differences of Dictyophora indusiata mycelial growth and yield in different cultivation matrix was been compared.[Results]The cultivation experiment results show that,best culture substrate of Dictyophora indusiata in Hainan was bamboo strip,which surface covered with grass,Miscanthus or Juncao.In this cultivation substrate,the growth of Dictyophora indusiata was faster than others,and the quantity was most.
