景谷县森林可持续经营指标体系探讨

景谷县作为云南省主要的用材林基地之一,要真正实现生态效益、经济效益和社会效益的统一,必须使县内人口、资源、环境相互协调,平衡当前和长远的利益,满足国家和区域经济发展的要求.根据《中国森林可持续经营标准与指标》,结合景谷县实际,对研建景谷县森林可持续经营标准与指标体系的原则、思路、方法和结果作了论述.指标体系由总目标层、目标层、类目标层、项目指标层4个层次构成,包括资源、生态环境、经济和社会等4个目标、8个标准和44个单项指标.并将其与相关指标体系(蒙特利尔进程、国际热带木材组织等)作了比较.

Discussion on Index System for Forest Sustainable Managment of Jinggu County

Being one of the major timber forest bases in Yunnan, Jinggu county must coordinate the development of the population, resources and environment, balance the current benefit and long-term benefit, meet the requirements of national and regional economic development, finally to achieve the integration of ecological benefit, economic benefit and social benefit. In accordance with China Forest Sustainable Management Criteria and Index, the paper discusses the principle, ideas, method and outcome of the conception to build forest sustainable management criteria and index system of Jinggu county, based on the local situations. The index system consists of general objective layer, objective layer, analogous objective layer and project index layer, including resource, ecological environment, economic and social objectives and 8 criteria as well as 44 individual indexes. Moreover, the index system is compared with other relevant international index systems.
