中国农业生态环境面临的问题与改善对策

我国农业生态环境恶化的趋势尚未得到有效的控制，面临的问题主要有：水资源、耕地资源紧缺，气候变暖，自然灾害频繁；农业生产自身污染、农村生活污染还相当严重，工业污染、城市污染继续向农业地区转移；水土流失、土地退化、农业生物多样性降低等状况还在发展。为改善我国农业生态环境状况，必须深入贯彻科学发展观，健全环保法律法规，发展节水农业，控制农业自身污染，发展循环经济，开展区域生态修复。

Ecological and Environmental Problems Faced by Chinese Agriculture and Their Improving Countermeasures

Chinese agricultural eco-environmental deterioration trend has not been effective control, the main problems faced by the following: the resources of water and cultivated land are scarce, the climate becomes warmer, the natural disasters are frequent； the pollution of agriculture-generating and village life is still serious, the pollution of industrial and urban continues to migrate to the agricultural region； the soil erosion, the land degradation, the decrease of agriculture biodiversity and so on conditions are still developing. In order to improve our country ecological and environmental condition of agriculture, we must implement the Scientific Outlook on Development, perfect environmental protection laws and regulations, develop water-saving agriculture, control agriculture-generating pollution, develop recycling economy, and implement regional ecological restoration.
