甘肃省干旱半干旱地区爬地柏扦插繁殖试验

摘    要:在甘肃省干旱半干旱地区,以粗沙作为扦插基质,应用不同植物生长调节剂进行爬地柏硬枝扦插育苗试验,结果表明:爬地柏硬枝扦插的最优处理为ABT1号生根粉100mg/L浸泡4h,生根率为71.35%,其次为较优组合ABT1 100mg/L+NAA 100mg/L浸泡2h,平均生根率为54.42%;ABT1 100mg/L+IBA 100mg/L浸泡2h,平均生根率为51.78%;IBA 100mg/L+NAA 100mg/L浸泡2h,平均生根率为50.04%;IBA 100mg/L+NAA 50mg/L浸泡2h,平均生根率为50.02%,以上各处理的平均生根数大于4条/株,平均根长大于3cm。

Cutting propagation experiment of Sabina procumbens in arid and semi-arid areas of Gansu province
Abstract:The cutting propagation experiment of Sabina procumbens hardwood was carried out in arid and semi-arid areas of Gansu province with coarse sand as cutting medium.Different hormone concentrations and different processing time was applied as treatment to Sabina procumbens in the experiment.The results showed that:the optimal treatment was ABT1 100 mg/L soaking for 4 h,with rooting rate of 71.35%,which was followed by the treatment of optimum hormone combination ABT1 100 mg/L + NAA 100 mg/L soaking for 2 h,with the average rooting rate of 54.42%.The average rooting rate of the treatment ABT1 100 mg/L + IBA 100 mg/L for soaking 2 h was 51.78%;the average rooting rate for treatment of IBA 100 mg/L + NAA 100 mg/L soaking 2 h was 50.04%;for treatment of IBA 100 mg/L + NAA 50 mg/L soaking 2 h,the rooting rate was 50.02%.The average root number of all the above treatments was more than 4 per plant,with average root length greater than 3 cm.This research provides technical guidance for cuttage breeding of Sabina procumbens in arid and semi-arid region of Gansu province.
