GC-MS和LC-MS/MS检测木制品中三种有机磷酸酯阻燃剂

为探索木制品中阻燃剂检测方法,本文利用微波辅助萃取探索并比较了两种木材及其制品中3种有机磷阻燃剂检测方法。气相色谱-质谱方法(GC-MS)检测TCEP、TCPP、TDCP三种阻燃剂回收率87.0%~111.2%,相对标准偏差3.6%~16.3%,检出限分别29,20,14μg·kg~(-1);液相色谱-串级质谱方法(LC-MS/MS)检测TCEP、TCPP、TDCP三种阻燃剂回收率82.7%~98.3%,相对标准偏差1.8%~10.8%,检出限分别8,2,15μg·kg~(-1)。两种方法提取效果较好,准确度和精密度满足试验要求,均能够有效地检测木材及其制品中3种有机磷阻燃剂。

Detection of Three Kinds of Organophosphorous Flame Retardants in Wood Based Panels by GC-MS and LC-MS/MS

In order to establish effectively organophosphorous flame retardants testing methods,we compared two meth-ods of detecting three kinds of organophosphorous flame retardants in wood based panels combined with microwave assis-ted extraction in the paper.GC-MS detection of TCEP,TCPP,TDCP had a good recovery distributed in the range of 87.0%~111.20%,RSD distributed in the range of 3.6%~16.3%,and detection limit was 29,20,14μg?/kg-1 separate-ly;LC-MS/MS detection of TCEP,TCPP,TDCP also had a good recovery distributed in the range of 82.7%~98.3%, RSD distributed in the range of 1.8%~1 0.8% and detection limit was 8 ,2 ,1 5μg?kg-1 separately.The results indicates that two methods are effective in extracting three kinds of organophosphorous flame retardants in wood based panels,and have satisfied accuracy and precision.
