摘    要:2014年对宜昌地区核桃种质资源进行调查和选优,同年10月采集核桃坚果经形态特征、品质性状检测后从中择优30株坚果样品,送农业部食品质量监督检验测试中心(武汉)检测。结果表明:脂肪含量49.44%~66.82%,蛋白质含量14.70%~23.80%。分析结果表明:脂肪、蛋白质含量与地理位置、土壤条件特别是湿润的气候环境有关,也与管理措施、施肥种类有关。

Analysis on the Main Nutritional Components of Juglans regia
Abstract:The investigation of germplasm resources and selection of superior varieties of Juglans regia were carried out in 2014 and in October after screening based on morphological and quality traits,30 strains of nut samples were sent to Wuhan Food Quality Supervision,Inspection and Test Center,the Ministry of agriculture for detecting.The results showed that fat content was from 14.70 to 23.80%,and the protein content was from 49.44% to 66.82%.The result a-nalysis indicated that content of fat and protein was related to the geographical location and soil condition,especially the humid climate environment.
