| 摘 要： | 采用常规压片法,对海南野生兰卷萼兜兰Paphiopedilum appletonianum(Cower)Rolfe]进行了染色体数目和核型研究.结果表明.卷萼兜兰的体细胞染色体数为2n=36.染色体相对长度系数(IRL)=6L+4M2+18M1+8S,核型公式为2n=32m+4sm,染色体类型主要由中着丝点染色体和亚中着丝点染色体组成,未见随体结构.卷萼兜兰的核型属1B型,核不对称系数为57.01%,从染色体水平证明卷萼兜兰在系统演化上属于较原始的进化种类.

| Abstract: | The number of chromosome and karyotype of Paphiopedilum appletonianum(Gower) Rolfe was analyzed by root tips squash method.The chromosome number of the somatic cell of P. appletonianum(Gower) Rolfe is 2n=36,and the index of relative length(IRL)=6L+4M2+18M1+8S. The karyotype formula is 2n=36=32m+4sm.The type of chromosome consists of metacentric and submetacentric chromosome but no satellites,and the karyotype belongs to 1B,with the asymmetric index of karyotype being 57.01%.The chromosomal characteristics p... |
