| 摘 要： | 目的]为猪轮状病毒的针对性防治提供建议。方法]以不同来源、不同饲养方式下218头猪的粪便为材料，用ELISA双抗夹心法检测其中的轮状病毒（RV）抗原，结合流行病学调查对猪轮状病毒的发病因素及发病特点进行分析。结果]RV多为隐性感染，且感染率较高。从所取218份样品中共检测出RV阳性50头份，阳性率为22．94％，其中，仔猪170头份，阳性率22．35％，中猪48头份，阳性率25．0％；笼养模式下猪的发病率最低，为17．43％，农户圈养方式下猪的发病率最高，达36．84％。结论]流行病学调查结果显示，仔猪对RV的感染率高于中猪，采取笼养模式，并对仔猪进行RV防治可降低猪RV的发病率。
