| 摘 要： | 采用随机试验设计方法,研究了不同播期对酒泉地区苦参出苗率、越冬率、植株形态和根重量的影响.结果表明:苦参的适宜播种期为4月20日-5月20日,其出苗率、越冬率、根鲜重和根干重最高分别为62.1%、84.9%3、8.4 g.株-1和18.6 g.株-1,且苦参的越冬率与播期存在显著正相关关系,播期越早,根茎越粗,主根入土越深,越冬率越高.7月以后播种,由于生长期短,苦参根茎细嫩,越冬率很低或完全不能越冬.

| Abstract: | The experiment was conducted to study the effects of different sowing date on seedling emergence rate,winter survival rate and growing characteristics of Sophora flavescens.The results showed that the suitable sowing date of Sophora flavescens was from April 20 to May 20 in Jiuquan Area of Gansu Province.The winter surival rate of seedling had a significant positive correlation with sowing date.The earlier Sophora flavescens was sown the thicker and deeper its root grew,and the winter survival rate was high... |
