草酸对保护地磷素活化效果的研究

摘    要:采用Olsen法测定土壤速效磷,采用土壤无机磷分级测定法测定土壤无机磷,分别测得在不同浓度草酸作用下哈尔滨市保护地土壤的磷含量的动态变化。试验结果表明,草酸对保护地土壤不同形态无机磷含量的影响分别是:草酸处理的Ca2-P含量、Ca8-P含量和Al-P含量随着草酸浓度的增加而增加;草酸处理的Fe-P含量和O-P含量随着培养时间的增加而增加;草酸处理的Ca10-P含量在24 h和96 h有2次的峰值,高浓度草酸处理的Fe-P、O-P、Ca10-P含量反而比低浓度处理的Fe-P、O-P、Ca10-P含量低。

Abstract:Soil available phosphorus were determined by Olsen’s method and inorganic phosphorus were determined by inorganic phosphate fractionation determination;dynamic changes of the phosphorus content of protected field of Harbin city under different concentrations of oxalic acid were determined.Result shows that effect of oxalic acid on inorganic phosphorus content of soil of protected field are :content of Ca2-P,Ca8-P & Al-P increase with the increase of the concentration of oxalic acid;content of Fe-P & O-P treated with oxalic acid increase with the increase of training time;content of Ca10-P treated with oxalic acid have twice peak in 24 & 96 h;content of Fe-P,O-P,Ca10-P treated with high concentrations are lower than that treated with low concentrations.
