益倍康对刺参生长、消化和免疫相关指标的影响

摘    要:以刺参为试验对象,在其基础饲料中分别添加1、5、10、20g/kg的微生态制剂益倍康,进行60d的饲养试验,研究益倍康对刺参生长、消化和免疫功能的影响。结果表明,益倍康具有一定的促长作用,20g/kg组的特定生长率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。益倍康对提高刺参消化酶活性、免疫功能具有积极作用,其中20g/kg组的淀粉酶、蛋白酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05);5g/kg组的淀粉酶、蛋白酶、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)等活性均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);统计分析表明,5g/kg为益倍康最适添加量。

Abstract:The experiment was conducted to evaluate the effect of adding probiotics (YiBeiKang)preparation on growth, digestibility and immunity of Apostichopus japonicus, which were fed with basal diet or diet supplemental probiotics at four levels (1, 5, 10 and 20 g· kg^-1 diet, respectively) for 60 days. The result showed that growth performance was improved by YiBeiKang. The specific growth rate of 20 g· kg^-l group was increased significantly compared with the control (P(0.05). The probiotics had a positive effect on digestive enzyme activities and immunity of Apostichopus japonicus. The protease and amylase activities of sea cucumber fed the diet with 5 g · kg^-1 and 20 g · kg^-1 probiotics were significantly increased than that in the control (P〈0.05). The activities of acid phosphatase (ACP), alkaline phosphatase (AKP), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) in sea cucumbers fed diets with 5 g · kg^- 1 probiotics were significantly higher compared with the con- trol (P%0.05), which was the optimum dosage.
