摘    要:从生态健康理念出发,以沙依东生态健康果园为研究对象,利用0.5%藜芦碱水剂可溶性液剂、0.3%苦参碱水剂和0.6%乙基多杀菌素对香梨树上的梨木虱进行了药效和药害的试验。结果表明,喷施0.5%藜芦碱原药、0.3%苦参碱原药、0.5%藜芦碱和0.3%苦参碱混合原药对香梨树叶片和枝条产生明显的药害反应。在加入助剂时,0.5%藜芦碱稀释500倍加稀释1 000倍的洗洁精处理防治效果最好,达到了82.9%,与其他3种处理存在显著的差异;在不加助剂时喷施乙基多杀菌素稀释1 250倍防效最好,5 d后对梨木虱的平均防效为75.9%,药后10 d药效维持在87.8%以上。

Abstract:From the forest health theory,Shayidong Ecolocial Health Orchard was taken as object.Psylla chinensis Yang et Li were conducted efficacy drug experiments by using 0.5% veratridine soluble liquid(Sl) of Veratrum nigrum,0.3% matrine agent and 0.6% Spinetoram.Result shows that:0.5% original drug of veratridine,0.3% matrine,mixed original drug of 0.5% veratridine 0.3% matrine have significant phytotoxicity reaction on leaves branches of sweet pears.0.5% veratridine being diluted 500 times +detergent being diluted 1 000 times which have the optimal effect(being 82.9%)have the significant differences with other three treatmens while adding promoter.Spraying Spinetoram being diluted 1 250 times have the optimal effect without adding promoter;the average efficiency of controlling Psylla chinensis Yang et Li are 75.9% after 5 d;efficiency of drugs are above 87.8% after 10 d.
