| 摘 要： | 为给山桐子的开发利用提供依据,本研究以6个种源的山桐子种子作为研究对象,采用索式提取法提取油脂,时山桐子种子含油率及种子中的脂肪酸组成和相对含量进行了测定分析,得到的油脂甲酯化处理后,用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC/MS)分析油脂中的脂肪酸组成及相对含量.结果显示,不同种源山桐子含油率相差较大,变幅为11.34％～26...

| Abstract: | In order to provide a basis for development and utilization of Idesia polycarpa,taking the seeds from six provenances as materials,oil were extracted by the Soxhlet extractior.Oil content in seed,fatty acid composition and relative content were determined and analyzed.Methyl esterification of obtained oil were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS).The results showed that oil content difference between different kinds was great,ranging from 11.34% to 26.54%.Henan provenance seed oil content... |
